In English - Any Day from April 15 to October 15

The Cyclades are a Greek island group in the Aegean Sea, south-east of the mainland of Greece ; and an administrative prefecture of Greece . The name refers to the islands “around” the sacred island of Delos.

The Cyclades comprise about 220 islands, the major ones being Amorgos, Anafi, Andros, Antiparos, Delos, Ios , Kéa, Kimolos, Kythmos, Milos , Mykonos , Naxos , Paros , Folegandros, Serifos, Sifnos, Sikinos, Sire, Tinos and Santorini . Most of the smaller islands are uninhabited.

Ermoupolis, on Síros, is the chief town and administrative center of the prefecture. The islands are peaks of a submerged mountainous terrain, with the exception of two volcanic islands, Milos and Santorini (Thera).

The climate is generally dry and mild, but with the exception of Naxos the soil is not very fertile. Agricultural produce includes wine, fruit, wheat, olive oil and tobacco.

Athens alone is worth a trip to Greece.
The Acropolis, the Parthenon, the National Museum, the Plaka area, the Syndagma (Constitution) Square alone are worth to go to Athens.

Athens, capital of modern Greece, at its foundation in 3000 B.C. was a small fortified village at the top of the Acropole.  It owes its name to the Goddess Athena who won a fight against Poseidon.

Athens, today, counts about 4 million inhabitants. To discover the city, wandering in through the tiny streets and the popular areas are incomparable: bazaars, gardens, Byzantine churches and magnificent ruins remind the turbulent past and dynamical present of Athens.

Santorini is understandably considered the most romantic of the Greek islands and seduces romantics old and new.

With the Oia sunsets, whitewashed villages, pretty blue domed churches, welcoming locals and views to die for you cannot but fail to fall in love with Santorini.

Santorini has so much to offer – whether you are a first time visitor or have visited many of the Greek Islands over many years – you won't be disappointed with Santorini.

Sexy Santorini Beaches
Topless bathing is commonplace in Santorini. The Red Beach, the Perissa and Kamari beaches are among the most popular in Santorini.  Yet don't venture on the red hot volcanic sands without your flip flops! The black sand is so hot!

Spooky Santorini
Folklore tales unfold the spooky revelations that Santorini is the ancient burial ground to Vrykolakes (vampires). These earthbound supernatural beings were purported to spread evil during both day and night. For some reason the islanders were said to be particularly expert at dealing with these vampires and burying them so they could roam no more. Santorini became known as the "Island of the Vampires" and surrounding Greek Islanders would bring remains of suspected vampires to the island for proper and permanent disposal. Santorini and other Greek Islands have many superstitions and folklore traditions that still find their place in modern day Greece.

Saintly Santorini :
Santorini and beautiful white washed blue domed churches are synonymous with each other. With over 250 Santorini churches on the tiny Greek Island you cannot turn round without viewing yet another pretty little church just waiting to be photographed. As with other Greek Islands and mainland Greece the Church plays a significant role in the lives of the Greek people. The Greek Orthodox Church dominates the many cultural traditions, rituals and festivals that impact upon the daily lives of the Greeks.
